BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Every year our Board of Trustees, after consulting with the staff and referring to the schools strategic plan put in place a school development plan which sets out specific goals for the year.

In 2009 our Goals focus on:

• The effective delivery of Numeracy and Literacy in particular the teaching of reading throughout the school. 
• To develop a new curriculum for Totara Park School for full implementation by 2010
• Further property development, this year focusing on the Hall
• Raising the attainment of our 'tail' in the areas of Numeracy and Writing.
